Pause or resume SIM data usage in bulk

Pausing and resuming data usage is a useful way of managing data usage for SIMs across your fleet. Managing data usage is useful if you have devices that you want to temporarily prevent from using data. You can also pause or resume data usage in bulk using the REST API. Note that paused SIMs will still be charged the monthly platform fee to maintain access to Hologram’s network and systems.

SIMs that have been paused by our system will show a Paused by system status and will need additional actions to unpause.
