Hologram's data usage reports are a powerful tool for understanding your SIMs' usage behavior. While your dashboard is helpful for looking into the behavior of your SIMs, we know that most reporting on all your devices' data often happens by combining data in Excel or your own systems.
How do I download a list of SIMs?
You can export SIM information from the SIMs page of your dashboard in Excel XLSX, CSV, or JSON formats. We recommend the XLSX format for spreadsheet work as it will not truncate long IDs like ICCIDs.
- Open the SIMs section of your dashboard from the main menu, then open the Active, Pre-deployment, or Deactivated views of SIMs using the tabs at the top of the page.

Open the Export menu in the top-right corner of the page, and choose a file format.
How do I download a report?
Reports in dashboard provide the most frequently used data that we see used across all our customers. You can find detailed data usage history, sessions, SIM information, and pre-deployment testing details under the Usage section of your dashboard, or in the Data usage tab for a single SIM.
- When viewing a data usage report, hover over any card in the report and look for the three-dot menu that appears in the top-right corner of the card.
- You can download the entire report in a number of formats including XLSX, CSV, and PDF. Exports support up to one million records.
Warning: The legacy data usage reports under the Usage section Usage reports tab are no longer supported and are on track to be sunset once SMS totals are available in our new reporting.
