Change or update payment method

Changing your payment method is a quick process that takes place in the Hologram Dashboard.

All billing information can be found in the Billing section of your dashboard. Billing information can only be updated by the organization's Owner or Admins.


Add or replace a credit card

All Hologram accounts require a credit card to be saved on file. You can add or replace credit card information saved in your dashboard, but you cannot edit credit card details.

  1. Navigate to the Account page in the Billing section and scroll down to the Payment method card. This card will read “Backup payment method” if you receive monthly invoices.

  2. Click the Update credit card button.
  3. In the modal that appears, enter your new credit card information and click Save changes.
