How do I change my payment method?

Changing your payment method is a quick process that takes place on the Hologram Dashboard.

All billing information can be found in the Billing section of your Dashboard. Billing information can only be updated by the organization owner or admins.

To change your credit card on file, follow the steps below:

  • Navigate to the Account page in the Billing section and scroll down to the Payment Methods card.
  • Click the Update Method button.
  • In the Credit Card window, enter your credit card information and click Update.
