Deleting your account will permanently delete all organizations owned by that account, including any organization that shares the admin's email address. Deletion requests must come from the owner email on the account.
(If you are simply wanting to transfer ownership to someone else, you would follow this guide.)
Before your account can be deleted, the following must be true:
- All organizations you own do not have a negative account balance. If an organization does have a negative account balance, add balance to the account.
- All SIMs have been permanently deactivated by following the instructions in this guide, or have been transferred to other organizations your account does not own by following these instructions.
Important: Hologram can only delete an organization in which all SIMs are either deactivated or transferred, and the organization's balance is not negative.
Submit the deletion request
Email support@hologram.io from the owner email associated with the Hologram Dashboard. The subject should be DELETE ACCOUNT. Please follow the template below:

Do you have active SIM(s) on your account? - Yes (follow steps to delete below) No

You are required to delete or transfer SIM(s) in order for Hologram to delete your account. Go to your Dashboard and follow this quick guide to delete or transfer SIMs.

Your balance must not be negative - Yes / No (please make payment)

If your account is negative, it must be paid before Hologram can delete your account. Find it in your Dashboard

You must be sending this request from the owner email in your Hologram Dashboard
