Delete your account

Account deletion includes permanent deletion of all organizations owned by that account and all SIMs associated with those organizations must be deleted by the Hologram customer. Therefore, to avoid any accidents, the final account deletion has to be completed by the Hologram team.

Before your account can be deleted, the following must be true:

  1. All organizations you own do not have a negative balance. If an organization does have a negative balance, add balance to the account.
  2. All SIMs have been permanently deactivated by following the instructions on this guide.

Please note: Hologram cannot delete accounts that do not fit the above criteria.

Submit the deletion request

Once all of your organizations have at least $0 balance and no active SIMs, email support@hologram.io from the email associated with the account you want deleted following the template below:

Subject: Account Deletion

Body:

Please permanently delete my account and all organizations I own. I acknowledge that I have already permanently deleted all SIMs associated with these Organizations.

If one of your organizations has positive balance, you must request a refund and the amount will be refunded to your card on file. This will process in 5-10 business days.
