When you set up your account, Hologram will send you an email to verify your account. If you can't find the email after we send it, these steps can help.
If it isn't in your inbox, check your folders. If a spam filter or email rule moved the email, it might be in the Spam, Junk, Trash, Deleted Items, or Archive folder.
Additionally, @yahoo.com e-mail domains have historically blocked unknown emails from .io domains like ours. We suggest either contacting Yahoo directly to remove the domain side block or using a different email domain for your account if possible.
