Create and switch organizations

Organizations help you manage fleets of your devices when you need separate billing details or user access for a specific set of SIMs. You can create or change organizations at any time within your dashboard.

Creating a new organization

1. To create a new organization, click on your organization’s name in the upper right-hand corner of your dashboard. Select Create Organization from the dropdown.
   
   
2. The New Organization modal below will open. Give a name to your new organization, then you can optionally invite additional collaborators.
   
   
3. After pressing Create Organization  

Switching organizations in your dashboard

1. To switch between organizations in your dashboard click on your organization’s name in the upper right-hand corner.
2. If you have are a collaborator in more than one organization, you’ll have the option to choose it from the dropdown.
   
   

If you have recently been invited to a new organization, you will need to accept the invite through your email or in the Settings section under the Your organization page before it will show up in the menu.
