Deleting organizations can be useful when merging accounts or simplifying your dashboard.
Important: Hologram can only delete an organization in which all SIMs are either deactivated or transferred, and that the organization's balance is $0. Please click here for more information on transferring SIMs to other organizations and click here for more information on transferring funds to other organizations.
To delete an organization, once all of your organizations have at most a $0.00 balance, and no active SIMs email support@hologram.io from the email that owns the organization you want deleted following the template below:
