Deleting organizations

Deleting organizations can be useful when merging accounts or simplifying your dashboard.

Important: Hologram can only delete an organization in which all SIMs are either deactivated or transferred, and that the organization's balance is $0. To delete an organization, email support@hologram.io from the email that owns the organization you want deleted filling the template below:

• Organization ID(s)
  • Provide all Organization IDs in your Dashboard
• Do you have SIM(s) on your account?
  • You are required to delete or transfer SIM(s) in order for Hologram to delete your account. Go to your Dashboard to confirm, delete, and/or transfer.
• Your balance cannot be negative.
  • If your account is negative, it must be paid before Hologram can delete your account.  Find it in your Dashboard
• Are you the owner of the account? 
  • You must be sending this request from the owner email in your Hologram Dashboard
    • If you are not the owner email, please request they take these steps
• Include this request within the body of the email
  • Please permanently delete the following {Put all ORG ID's}. I acknowledge that I have already permanently deleted or transferred all SIMs associated with these organization(s).
• Hologram will be turning off your auto-refill once SIMs are deactivated

Once all steps above have been completed Hologram Support will proceed with deleting your Hologram Dashboard(s).
