The Pending activity list allows customers to track progress on pending and in progress bulk action requests.
- To access the pending activity list, click on the activity icon in the header (between the search field and your organization's name). Please note: this will only be visible if there is a pending activity.
The pending activity list will show all pending and in progress actions. Immediately below is a button to view completed actions, which will take customers to the activity history.
Within each activity, customers can see the activity status, along with number of affected devices, and when and by whom the request was made.
